I’ve had fibromyalgia for at least 25years probably more. That’s when I was diagnosed. Learned how to cope with it the best way I knew how. Exercise was definitely key for sure and relaxation. I am going to be 62 in September but have also now tardive dyskinesia and tardive dystonia. Both caused by a reaction to a medication that I was taking for my bipolar disorder. These are movement disorders the dystonia has me bending to the side so badly that it causes me great pain and because of it now I also have scoliosis which in itself is so painful. I have to use a brace and walker. These things hinder me from exercise which has certainly not helped my fibro. So pain from these things and now a stomach problem which I’m sure goes together with all the above has even crippled me furthur. Do I feel like a hypochondriac “hell ya” but it is all real. They haven’t been able to actually put a name on or pin point the reason for the stomach pain, spasms. But fibro causes stomach pain, side effects from other medications, who knows. All I know is I have to get this all under control again or I’m going to go insane.
