    OLD information. I don’t agree with any of it, and don’t have a problem with gluten. These foods do not affect my fibro. food does not affect it one way or the other for me. I have tried so many food approaches over the decades that I have had fibro, and NOE have made any difference. I pretty much eat what I want, in moderation, clean and small amounts. Still gaining weight anyway. I’ve had fibromiost of my life and I am now 62.
